Welcome Party:

Tacos + Tequila Bar

  • skillet corn cake, tortillas, chips
  • mezcal lime pulled chicken, marinated skirt steak, grilled haddock, fire-roasted veg
  • campfire charro beans, roasted potato salad, cucumber sesame salad, zesty rice
  • fresh guac, pico de gallo, salsa verde, pickled red onion, blend of cheeses, sour cream,

  • local raspberry sorbet

SATURDAY

Summer Soiree:

Fabulous Food + Fine wine

  • fresh pea + local feta croquette, mint aioli
  • mixed field greens, heirloom tomato, zesty pickled cucumber, honey + thai basil vinaigrette
  • beef tenderloin + Atlantic shrimp kebab,
  • roasted pepper, sweet onion + zucchini
  • lake trout tartlet, crème fraîche,
  • horseradish, dill
  • jasmine rice with lemon, roasted garlic evoo, asparagus; fresh baked baguette
  • grilled peach, vanilla bean ice cream, maple brittle, candied thyme

SUNDAY

Brunch:

Easy Like Sunday Morning…

  • local NY style bagels, lemon raspberry streusel muffin, bakery fresh bread
  • cream cheese of all sorts, raw honey, blackberry preserves, rose hip jam, lemon curd, butter
  • fresh seasonal fruit, local yogurt, housemade pecan-maple granola
  • sweet potato hash, local breakfast ham, roasted veg + fresh egg strata
